- You FEEL bad
This means, you just have a general shit attitude for the whole day. For me, this involves something physical. I feel like my entire mind and brain is stuffed full of cotton. When i don't feel shit, i feel like everything is well aerated. Funny analogy don't you think? It's true though! For me at least

- You don't want to do anything at all
Yesterday all i did was sit in front of my lap top and watch South Park for about 3 hours straight. Then, i browsed Ebay on my mums iPad for stuff i wanted to buy even though i knew i didn't have money. I even contemplated buying this Isabel Marant dress even though i couldn't really afford it ( i could of bought it but that would've left me in a pretty dire place )
- All you can think about is eating
I think when we are feeling bad, we look towards food as a means of entertainment and as 'something to do'. I ate lots of junk yesterday and you know what? i didn't even like it. I just kept on eating even though my brain was yelling, " What the hell are you doing? You're not even enjoying this Chinese takeout!!!".
- You while away on Youtube
The dumbest feeling is when i sit in bed and watch the blinking type thing ( i don't know what it's called ) keep blinking whilst i try and think really hard of something good to Youtube. Turns out, it's always the same stuff for me. My Biggest Youtube Searches : Michael Jackson, Absolutely Fabulous, The Nanny, Courtney Stodden, The Tyra Banks Show, Louis Theroux's Weird Weekends, Jenna Jameson
I hope you guys don't have any shit days ahead of you too soon. They really drain it out of you. Thank god today i feel way better and have gotten some things done which made me feel productive and conducive to something " REAL ". See you next week xx
