My favorite lyric from a song i recently downloaded called " Tuning of the world " by Karl Bartos |
I decided to do a painting today, so i got dad to drive me to the shops and i bought a cheap canvas ( the best thing about not doing art ' for real ' is that you don't feel bad about cheapo materials ! ) and i am going to do it tonight. I stopped painting for ages because i ended up hating everything that i painted and thought that the canvases were a waste of space. They just take up so much space and end up gathering dust. I wonder where artists store all their work if they don't sell them? They must have storage places especially for their art. I've been drawing so much recently. I feel more connected to it than writing at the moment but i've been writing more of my pdf book, " Life Insurance ". I don't know where i'm going to take it, but i'm just glad that i'm enjoying writing it to be honest. And the words are just flowing out like water.
I can't believe i bought this. I am still saving and i got it all under control but like, i just needed this !!! |
I'm SERIOUSLY thinking about getting a new tattoo. I think i might get it whilst i'm in New York. I don't know whether to get a phrase or a circle, but i know i definitely want it on my ribs. I heard that it really hurts there, but it'll just be a small tattoo so i won't have to bear pain for too long. I'd also like it to be a really thin tattoo. I love that dainty, delicate look when it comes to tattoos. Real fine, like. I've always said that two tattoos were enough but i really want another one! I like small tattoos. I like the look of them and if they are done in places that aren't seen often, then i have no problem with that. I like how i'll be the only one to see my rib tattoo. It's like something special for ' me ', you know?
