My friend Jonae recently came from Perth to visit me recently. She wanted to catch me before i left for Japan ( forever ). We had a great week together. The final night was the funnest though. I snuck into her backpackers where we drunk soju in her room, made friends with these girls who were also staying there and then went to the rooftop and loudly sung and danced to K-pop. It feels so awesome to be able to listen and to talk about that stuff with someone who knows what it 'is'. It's basically ALL i've been listening to lately. I'm obsessed. I love the entire world of it. The costumes, the concepts, the MV's, the members... it's for sure my latest craze. Showing someone around the city you live in is weird. You sort of see the entire city in a whole new light. All the cafes, shops and bars take on a new perspective. Despite that, it's not enough to make me think twice about leaving for Japan. I'm so fucking excited. It's only three weeks away from now.
